Announcements

  • Boulder people (and some from Denver) meet for push-hands
    • Warm Weather Place: Boulder Public Library. 
      • Time:  Every Sun at 10:00 am.
    • Cold Weather Place: Kake's studio (sorry, no other info)

  • Push-hands classes in Golden - a short series of 2 hour classes on Sundays. (CLOSED)
    • Time: 09:00-11:00 (Jan 16, 23, 30)
    • Place: 885 Lupine ( Very near the junction of I-70 and W.Colvax avenue (one block West on Colfax, turn right on Lupine, it's the dance studio on the left between Alpenglow and Enterprise Rentacar). )

  • Internal Strength Seminar
    • Time: Feb. 19-20,
    • Place: 360 Acoma Street (Denver Labor Center: Main Hall)

    • Description: The workshop will go from absolute basics (using partner work) to some fairly sophisticated work on jing manipulation, Reeling Silk exercises, basic fa-jing and other usages.   Time permitting we may do *some* push-hands applications, but the main focus will be to get everyone moving correctly using jing, body open&close, etc.
